The prices are meant per person per day including car park and VAT.

An additional bed costs 50% the price per day.
Prices include final cleaning, energy and gas.

From 1st January 2018 prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 1,40 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

On arrival, the apartments are available from 1 pm onwards. If you wish to arrive before 1 pm or after 7 pm please inform us. On the day of departure, the rooms and apartments have to be left by 10 am.

The Italian accommodation rules are valid.

According to the Italian law, amounts in excess of € 2.000 cannot to be paid in cash. We accept EC cards, credit cards or cheques.
Booking information and travel insurance coverage: And if anything goes wrong… The booked holiday cannot commence or has to be terminated prematurely, and then in addition to the disappointment cancellation, costs will occur. There is no cancellation right in the sense of the consumer protection codex – nonetheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• More than 1 month before setting off  -  No cancellation fee
• 1 month til 10 days before setting off  -  50% of the amount of the booking
• 9 days til 1 days before setting off  -  75% of the amount of the booking
• from 1 day on before setting off  -  100% of the amount of the booking

If no cancellation is made (NO SHOW), we will charge the total amount according to our reservation confirmation.
In order to spare you all these costs, we advise you to stipulate a cancellation protection with the European Travel Insurance.
